Dan Ruskin has over 35 years of experience and is a visionary pioneer in the operational restructuring industry. He was an early advocate for integrating "best practices" from other industries—particularly lean manufacturing—into restructuring efforts. Dan has been instrumental in increasing value for some of the largest private equity firms in the world, as well as leading and implementing transformative programs for major manufacturing OEMs and suppliers. Remarkably, 85% of his engagements have been self-funded, demonstrating his ability to deliver high returns with minimal initial investment.

Dan has led and participated in over 350 engagements worldwide, including projects in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe, Southeast Asia, and China. He has led successful initiatives across various industries, saving companies billions of dollars and safeguarding over 86,000 American jobs.
